After waking up at 3 a.m. and realizing I had no heat, I was afraid it would take days to get someone out, but Glamorgan came the same day I called. Christian was knowledgeable and polite, and I appreciated that he put booties on his boots before entering. It will take another trip to get the 40-year-old furnace completely fixed, but they secured the part for me and were prompt with receipts. An excellent choice!
