I had posted on Facebook to find a company that does furnaces. Nick reached out to me and came over that day on a Saturday he went out of his way far and beyond to help out at a desperate time of need. He had his work team come out on a Sunday and install my furnace for me. Also, the purifier. It’s hard to find that level of service and his company really cares about its customers and makes sure everything is all set. I even received a follow-up call asking if I was all set. I highly recommend using this company.

I recently hired Glamorgan Heating & Cooling to install a mini split HVAC system in my home. Nick and his crew were polite and professional and kept the job site clean. Their attention to detail was quite refreshing. When I asked why they were being so picky about making sure the indoor units were exactly the same distance off the ceiling since they were all in different rooms I was surprised at the answer. Because even though you can’t tell inside you can see where the line sets enter the building and you can tell from there. The units that were installed work great and are very quiet. The condenser unit had to be installed right outside my bedroom window and you can’t hear it. It is a heat pump system so I’m looking forward to seeing it in operation this winter. In the interest of full disclosure and honesty, I am the owners’ stepfather but when I hired him I told him to treat me just like any other customer. I didn’t get any sort of “friends and family” discount I paid full price.

Devin from Glamorgan Heating & Cooling arrived to give our oil burner furnace an overdue cleaning! He was very professional, polite, and meticulous. He worked tirelessly to get the furnace cleaned and passed all the requirements to run safely. He did not cut any corners and the whole system was the cleanest that I have seen in years! If I had questions he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the care he took. My household would recommend and use Glamorgan in the future.

We had several estimates done for a new HVAC system for our home. Nick worked with us to get what we wanted, and a price that was in our range.
