Nick has been wonderful to work with. My business’s HVAC system died and the company I usually do business with couldn’t get a replacement in for 6 to 8 weeks. Nick took the time to find one he could get installed in a week or two. He was professional and easy to communicate with and got the job done in a timely manner. Nick also came through when we had a plumbing issue in our studio that needed to be repaired quickly. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly.

Very impressed with Glamorgan, they just did a complete system replacing my air and heat. Beautiful workmanship, even on the lawn where my new compressor was installed on a fresh bed of stone they brought. They gave me a price with three options, they installed it all in one day. We recently had a Glamorgan visit for a bathroom vent problem. After the tech visited, we were unable to reach the owner (Nick) due to unforeseen difficulties with his company phone. Nick was extremely apologetic and even wanted to visit on the Saturday that he reached out to us. He visited today, re-assessed the situation, and identified the potential source of our difficulties: an electrical as opposed to a separate HVAC issue. He nonetheless worked on troubleshooting the situation with us and guided us towards a positive resolution. We greatly appreciate his attention to our problem and to our frustrations, his expertise, and his willingness to go through identifying our problem systematically. We needed our HVAC system removed for wall repair and replaced afterward. Glamorgan did the removal and arrived the next day to talk to the construction people to make sure everything was suitable. When the repairs were finished Glamorgan’s techs promptly replaced and tested the HVAC equipment. The techs were consistently helpful and considerate and the cost was reasonable.
